摘要
快递物流是现代物流的重要形式之一。为探究快递物流领域的研究进展,文章使用CiteSpace软件,基于中国知网筛选出的1 254篇相关文献,从年度发文量、高产作者和机构、关键词共现等方面入手进行可视化分析。研究发现,国内快递物流年度发文量整体呈现先上升后下降的趋势;快递物流研究的作者和机构之间缺乏合作;快递物流的研究热点包括快递物流、快递企业、电子商务、智慧物流等;快递物流的发展可分为三个阶段,乡村快递物流是国内研究的前沿,能够为未来的深入研究提供参考。
Express logistics is one of the important forms of modern logistics.In order to explore the research progress in the field of express logistics,this paper uses CiteSpace software to visually analyze 1254 relevant documents selected by CNKI from aspects of annual publication volume,high-yield authors and institutions,and keyword clustering.The research has found that the overall annual volume of domestic express logistics documents shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.There is lack of cooperation between the authors and institutions of express logistics research.The research hotspots of express delivery logistics include express delivery logistics,express delivery enterprises,e-commerce,smart logistics and the like.The development of express delivery logistics can be divided into three stages,and rural express delivery logistics is the forefront of domestic research,providing reference for future in-depth research.
