摘要
传统港口集疏运方式——集卡车货运交通极大地影响了城市道路的服务水平和通行能力,给港口城市交通及环境造成了不利的影响。为解决港城矛盾,促进港城融合协调发展,提出了一种可持续发展的集疏运新模式——基于地下集装箱物流系统的集疏运模式,并以上海港为例,提出地下集装箱物流系统的布局方案,从交通、经济及社会效益三方面进行分析评价。研究结果表明,以集卡车为主的传统集疏运方式已经不能满足港口集疏运货运交通的需求,地下集装箱物流系统对保障货物高效运输、减少交通拥堵和保护环境具有重要作用,能够有效解决港城之间矛盾,综合效益优势明显。
As a traditional collection-distribution method in port,the truck freight transportation has greatly affected the service level and capacity of urban roads,which has adversely affected traffic and environment of port and city area. In order to resolve the contradiction between port and city,promote coordinated development of port city,this paper proposed a new sustainable mode for freight transportation-underground container freight transportation( UCFT). Taking Shanghai Port as an example,the layout of UCFT is proposed and its technical,economic and social benefits are evaluated. The results show that conventional logistics mode based on trucks cannot fulfill the demand of port transportation,and UCFT is a high-efficiency mode and will play a very important role to relieve traffic congestion and reduce emissions. It has great advantage solve the contradiction between cities and ports.
