摘要
中国的电力消费在空间上分布不均衡,研究电力消费的时空格局,对于科学制定电力调配计划、合理配置电力资源具有理论与现实意义.本文首先分析了电力消费的时序变化及空间分布状况,借助基尼系数、变异系数研究电力消费的省际及八大经济区空间均衡状况,并对电力消费、电力产消差的相关性进行研究.结果表明:①2010—2020年,我国电力消费总量波动上升,年增长率在2010—2017年呈“W”型波动,2018—2020年保持稳定;电力消费的不均衡程度随时间变化有所增加.②电力消费呈东高西低的空间分布格局;电力产消差的空间格局表现为中部省份最高、西部省份较低、东部省份为负.③北部沿海电力消费极度不均衡,超出国际警戒线;东部沿海、西南地区、东北地区、黄河中游、长江中游比较均衡.④电力消费在空间上趋于随机分布,电力产消差在省际尺度呈明显的全局集聚态势且集聚程度有增强趋势.
The spatial distribution of electricity consumption in China is not balanced,so studying the spatio-temporal pattern of electricity consumption has theoretical and practical significance for the scientific development of power allocation plan and rational allocation of power resources.This paper firstly analyzes the temporal variation and spatial distribution of power consumption,studies the spatial equilibrium of power consumption between provinces and eight economic zones with the help of Gini coefficient and coefficient of variation,and studies the correlation of electricity consumption and difference between power generation and consumption.The results show that:①From 2010 to 2020,total electricity consumption fluctuated and increased.The annual growth rate showed a"W"shaped fluctuation from 2010 to 2017,it remains stable from 2018 to 2020.The imbalance of electricity consumption increases with time.②The spatial distribution pattern of electricity consumption is high in the east and low in the west.The spatial pattern of difference between power generation and consumption is highest in central provinces,lower in western provinces and negative in eastern provinces.③Electricity consumption in the northern coastal areas is extremely unbalanced,exceeding the international warning line.The east coast,southwest China,Northeast China,the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are more balanced.④Electricity consumption tends to be distributed randomly in space.The difference between power generation and consumption shows an obvious global agglomeration trend at the provincial scale,and the agglomeration degree increases with the fluctuation.
