摘要
研究了镍粉和羟基镍^([1-4])联合浸出的可行性,即利用镍粉的还原性与羟基镍的氧化性^([5-7])形成互补,达到抑制反应过程中氢气产生的目的。结果表明:在温度为70℃、反应时间2.5 h、氢离子浓度0.3 mol/L、固液比1∶5(g∶mL)、Ni/Ni ^(3+)物质的量比1∶7的综合条件下,镍的浸出率达到98.98%,并通过热力学和分析动力学模拟,得到反应的活化能E_(a)=20.87 kJ/mol。反应过程中氢气浓度均低于国家低报线10000×10^(-6),保障了联合浸出的高效性和安全性。
The feasibility of the combined leaching of nickel powder and nickeloxyhydroxide was studied.The reduction of nickel powder and the oxidation of nickeloxyhydroxide were complementary to each other to achieve the purpose of inhibiting hydrogen production in the reaction process.The results show that under the comprehensive conditions of temperature 70℃,reaction time of 2.5 h,hydrogen ion concentration 0.3 mol/L,solid-liquid ratio 1∶5,and Ni/Ni ^(3+)molar mass ratio 1∶7,the nickel leaching rate reaches 98.98%,and the hydrogen gas concentration in the reaction process is lower than the national low warning line 10000×10^(-6),which ensures the high efficiency and safety of the combined leaching.Through thermodynamic and analytical kinetic simulations,the activation energy Ea of the reaction was obtained to be 20.87 kJ/mol.
