摘要
研究了在超声场中从废锂离子电池除铜废渣中浸出钴和镍,考察了温度、硫酸浓度、液固体积质量比、浸出时间、机械搅拌速度和超声功率对钴、镍浸出率的影响。结果表明:在温度80℃、硫酸浓度2mol/L、液固体积质量比8∶1、浸出时间2h、搅拌速度100r/min、超声功率300W条件下,钴、镍浸出率分别达90%和87%,浸出效果较好。
Leaching of cobalt and nickel from copper tailings of spent lithium-ion batteries in ultrasonic field was studied.The effects of leaching temperature,sulfuric acid concentration,liquid-to-solid ratio,leaching time,mechanical stirring rate and ultrasonic power on leaching of cobalt and nickel were examined.The results show that under the conditions of leaching temperature of 80℃,sulfuric acid concentration of 2 mol/L,liquid-to-solid ratio of 8∶1,leaching time of 2 h,stirring rate of 100 r/min and ultrasonic power of 300 W,leaching of cobalt and nickel are 90%and 87%,respectively.The leaching effect is better.
