摘要
目的探析张锡纯治疗血证组方用药特色,为临床辨治血证提供参考与借鉴。方法采用文献分析法,对《医学衷中参西录》中治疗血证方剂的用药与药对配伍情况进行统计,分析使用频次较高的中药和药对具体应用情况。结果张锡纯治疗血证使用频次前五位的中药是甘草、山药、三七、白芍、代赭石;常用特色药对有山药、甘草,白芍、山药,代赭石、白芍,三七、山药,代赭石、山药。结论张锡纯治疗血证注重单味药应用,并且根据病情进行适当配伍,擅用药对相辅相成。针对所治血证之不同,张锡纯谨守病机,遵药性之所长,应病证之寒热虚实,灵活配伍,巧妙组方,值得深入挖掘研究。
Objective To explore the characteristics of Zhang Xichun's prescriptions for the treatment of blood syndrome,and to provide a reference for its clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods The literature analysis method was used to statistically analyze the specific applications of Chinese herbs and couplet medicines with a higher frequency of use in the Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine for the treatment of blood syndrome.Results The top five herbs used frequently by Zhang Xichun for the treatment of blood syndrome were liquorice root,common yam rhizome,sanqi,debark peony root and haematitum,while the top five couplet herbs used frequently were common yam rhizome and liquorice root,debark peony root and common yam rhizome,haematitum and debark peony root,sanqi and common yam rhizome as well as haematitum and common yam rhizome.Conclusion Zhang Xichun focuses on the application of single drugs in his treatment of blood syndrome,and makes appropriate medicine combinations based on the varying conditions,and excels in using couplet medicines to complement the application of single drugs.In response to the different blood syndromes treated,Zhang Xichun cautiously complies with their pathogenesis and the strengths of different medicines,flexibly combining herbs and cleverly drawing up prescriptions based on the disease syndrome of cold,heat,deficiency or excess,which is worthy of in-depth exploration and research.
