TSI系统振动保护拒动原因分析及优化

摘要 某热电有限责任公司2号机组高压前轴封处发生动静碰磨,2X通频振动幅值达到406μm,2Y通频振动振幅达到276μm,但由于瓦振较小,未触发保护动作逻辑,为避免机组损伤,运行人员手动打闸。通过对2号机组TSI逻辑组态优化及3500/42M卡重新分配通道,有效防止了振动保护拒动与误动,为该厂其他机组改造积累了宝贵的经验,对于采用本特利3500系列产品的汽轮机振动保护优化改造亦具有参考意义。 Dynamic and static grinding occurred at the high pressure front shaft seal of Unit 2 of a thermal power company,with the vibration amplitude of 2X frequency reaching 406μm and that of 2Y frequency 276μm.No protection action logic was triggered due to the small watt vibration.To avoid damage to the unit,the operators manually brake.By optimizing the TSI logic configuration of Unit 2 and redistributing the 3500/42M card channel,the vibration protection rejection and misoperation are effectively prevented,which can serve as valuable experience for the transformation of other units of the plant,and also reference for the vibration protection optimization and transformation of steam turbines using Bently 3500 series products.
