氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑患者的效果

摘要 目的:观察氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年2月至2022年1月该院收治的75例黄褐斑患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组35例和研究组40例。对照组采用强脉冲光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合氨甲环酸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积及严重程度(MASI)评分、促黑素细胞激素(MSH)水平、P物质(SP)水平、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]水平、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MASI评分及SP、MSH、MDA水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SOD、GSH-Px水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发率为2.63%(1/38),低于对照组的24.00%(6/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善氧化应激指标水平,降低MASI评分、MSH水平、SP水平和复发率,效果优于单纯强脉冲光治疗。 Objective:To observe effects of Tranexamic acid combined with intense pulsed light in treatment of patients with chloasma.Methods:The clinical data of 75 patients with chloasma admitted to this hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(35 cases)and study group(40 cases).The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,while the study group was treated with Tranexamic acid on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the melasma area and severity index(MASI)score,the melanocyte-stimulating hormone(MSH)level,the SP level,the oxidative stress index levels[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)],the incidence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 71.43%(25/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the MASI score and the levels of SP,MSH and MDA in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 2.63%(1/38),which was lower than 24.00%(6/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tranexamic acid combined with intense pulsed light can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of oxidative stress indexes,and reduce the MASI score
