摘要
目的通过对国内社区护理主题研究的相关文献进行回顾性分析,以了解该领域阶段性发展现状及进展趋势,为今后研究提供参考。方法基于中国知网数据库,搜集并筛选2012—2021年期间社区护理主题研究的期刊文章,利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对纳入文献的关键词进行知识图谱绘制及可视化分析。结果共纳入6975篇研究文献,国内社区护理研究成果呈聚集性分布状态,其研究域正处于拓展延伸转向发展的新阶段。从关键词分析可见,过去十年国内该领域研究主要聚焦在社区慢性病(以糖尿病、高血压、脑卒中、冠心病为主)的医疗护理及其生活质量提升研究、健康教育与健康促进、社区护理延伸拓展服务、学科发展与人才建设4个方面。结论政策导向和社会环境是推动社区护理实践发展的重要因素,也是学科建设取得阶段性显著成效的内在逻辑,并可预见家庭护理、老年护理及护理信息化将是该领域今后研究重点与前沿进展方向。
Objective To understand the development and progress trend in the field of domestic community health nursing thematic study by visualization analysis based on CiteSpace.Methods Based on the database of China National Knowledge Network,articles of community health nursing thematic study from 2012 to 2021 were collected and screened.The keywords in the included literature were in the knowledge map and visualized analysis by the software called CiteSpace6.1.R6.Results A total of 6975 articles were included in the study.The achievements of domestic community health nursing study showed a state of aggregation distribution,whose research domain was in a new stage of expansion into development.Through the analysis of key words,it can be seen that domestic study in this field was mainly focused on four hot contents topics in recent decades,namely,the research on medical care and quality of life improvement of chronic diseases in the community(mainly diabetes,hypertension,stroke and coronary heart disease),health education and health promotion,community nursing extension and expansion services,discipline development and talent development.Conclusions Policy orientation and social environment are important factors to promote the development of community health nursing practice,and they are also the internal logic to achieve remarkable results in discipline construction.And we can foresee that the future research focus and frontier direction in this field will be the home care,geriatric nursing and nursing informatization.
