摘要
以龙泉窑梅子青釉为基础,逐步外加滑石配制7种釉,施于龙泉窑铁胎上,针对釉的分相特性和结晶特性分别采用不同烧成制度进行实验,以观察釉的成熟度、玻化程度、平滑度、光泽度、透明度、气泡、裂纹、呈色、晶体分布等性状变化情况并结合相图,推论出外加滑石对釉的始熔温度、成熟温度、高温粘度、表面张力、热膨胀系数、光学、分相和结晶等性能的影响规律。
Based on the green glaze of Longquan kiln plum seed,7 kinds of glaze were gradually prepared with talc,which were applied to the iron tire of Longquan kiln,and different firing systems were used to observe the maturity,vitrification,smoothness,gloss,transparency,bubbles,cracks,color,crystal distribution and other properties of the glaze,and combined with the phase diagram,the influence of talc on the initial melting temperature,maturity temperature,high temperature viscosity,surface tension,thermal expansion coefficient,optics,phase separation and crystallization of the glaze was deduced.
