摘要
以龙泉窑梅子青釉为基础,逐步外加石灰石配制7种釉,分别施于龙泉窑白胎和铁胎上进行氧化气氛和还原烧制实验,以观察釉的成熟度、玻化程度、平滑度、光泽度、透明度、气泡、裂纹、呈色、晶体分布等性状变化情况并结合相图,推论出外加氧化钙对釉的始熔温度、成熟温度、高温粘度、热膨胀系数、析晶等性能的影响规律。
Based on the green glaze of plum glaze of Longquan kiln,7 kinds of glaze were gradually prepared with limestone,and the oxidation atmosphere and reduction firing experiments were carried out on white tires and iron tires of Longquan kiln respectively,in order to observe the changes of glaze maturity,vitrification,smoothness,gloss,transparency,bubbles,cracks,color,crystal distribution and other properties,and combined with the phase diagram,the influence of added calcium oxide on the initial melting temperature,ripening temperature,high temperature viscosity,thermal expansion coefficient,crystallization and other properties of the glaze was deduced.
