摘要
分析我国不孕症护理领域相关文献,了解不孕症护理的发展现状,梳理研究热点及未来趋势,为不孕症护理临床工作提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)发表的不孕症护理相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.8.R2软件对国内1996年至2021年不孕症护理文献进行分析整理。结果:共检索出不孕症护理相关文献907篇,发文量机构居榜首的是中南大学护理学院,发文量作者第一的是陈洁,共12篇。除主题词外,高频关键词主要有宫腔镜、腹腔镜、焦虑、抑郁等。结论:不孕症护理文献发文机构合作较少,作者核心群暂未形成,宫腔镜、腹腔镜、焦虑、抑郁、健康教育等是不孕症护理的研究热点,高龄经产妇、病耻感、移动平台是不孕症护理的发展趋势。
To analyze the relevant literature in the domestic field of infertility nursing.Relying on the study of the development status,the research hotspots and development trends of infertility nursing to provide reference for the clinical work of infertility care.Methods:The related literatures on infertility nursing published by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were retrieved,and the domestic literatures on infertility nursing from 1996 to 2021 were analyzed and sorted out by CiteSpace 5.8.R2 software.Results:A total of 907 relevant documents were included.The top institution with the most published papers was the School of Nursing of Central South University,and the top author with the most published papers was Chen Jie,with a total of 12 papers.In addition to subject headings,high-frequency keywords mainly include hysteroscopy,laparoscopy,anxiety,depression.Conclusion:Infertility nursing literature publishing institutions have less cooperation,and the core group of authors has not yet been formed.Hysteroscopy,laparoscopy,anxiety,depression,health education,etc.are the research hotspots of infertility nursing.Elderly multipara,stigma and mobile platform are in a growing trend in infertility care.
