摘要
目的了解住院治疗不孕的患者心理健康情况。方法根据相关文献采用自行设计调查表,对因不孕入院手术的患者100例进行有关心理健康调查。结果多数患者存在不同程度的心理问题。100%认为不孕很痛苦,98%内心承受不同程度的心理压力,93%被生育困扰,70%认为不孕检查和治疗带来心理压力和精神紧张,另外自感烦躁、自卑、绝望,认为不孕影响夫妻感情、性生活,影响与家人关系及婚姻,影响工作及生活态度。结论心理因素是不孕诊治过程中不容忽视的重要因素,可能直接或间接影响不孕症治疗的疗效,所以在进行躯体疾患诊治的同时,应重视心理治疗以提高不孕治疗成功率。
Objective To investigate the psychological aspects of hospitalized infertile patients. Methods The questionnaire was designed according to the infertility-related conferences. One-hundred hospitalized infertile patients was investigated from Nov 2004 to Apt 2005 and the psychological factors were evaluated. Results Most of the infertile patients experienced the psychological stress and various problems. All of the patients suffered from the distress induced by infertility, although they didn＇t show any abnormality in the appearance. Ninty-eight percent of the patients admitted that they experienced the psychological stresses in some way. Seventy-nine percent aware irritability and 49% self-contempt, 38% felt despair. Ninty-three percent of the patients always thought about the issue of fertility and 57% was afraid of discrimination by infertility. Thirty percent considered that infertility influenced the relationship between couples. Forty percent felt the changes of sex intercourse and 10% got worse relation with relatives. Eleven percent thought that the marriage could be maintained and thirty-eight percent lost some interests in their job and forty-six percent showed pessimism in life. Seventy percent of the patients considered that the examination and treatment of infertility made them under stress and feel nervous. Conclusions The emotional aspects of infertility was an important aspects in the diagnosis and treatment. The psychological factors influenced the efficacy of treatment directly or indirectly. The psychological effects should be emphasized and treated while the somatic abnormality was managed. This is useful to improve the Success rate of treatment.
