摘要
目前,关于原发性干燥综合征(pSS)的发病机制尚不清楚,根治难度较大。中医相比西医在治疗上具有全方位、多靶点、协同性等诸多优势,但是中医对于本病的研究和认识从肺、脾、肝、肾四脏立论居多,从心论治的理论研究认识相对较少,而基于“五脏皆可燥”的理论思想,认为该病的起因、发展可能与心也有较为密切的联系,因此,结合老年人生理病理特点,从“五脏之主”——心的角度探讨该病的病因病机及其治疗。
At present,the pathogenesis of Primary Sjogren's syndrome(pSS)is still unclear,and it is difficult to cure the disease.Compared with Western medicine,TCM has many advantages in treatment,such as comprehensive,multi-target and synergistic,but the research and understanding of this disease in TCM is mostly based on the four organs of lung,spleen,liver and kidney,but the theoretical research and understanding of the treatment from the heart is relatively less.Therefore,the article combines the physiopathological characteristics of the elderly and discusses the etiology of the disease and its treatment from the perspective of the heart,which is the“master of the five viscera”.
