摘要
目的 探讨麻射安金丸联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)痰热蕴肺证患者的效果。方法 选取衡水市中医院2021年8月至2022年8月收治的101例AECOPD痰热蕴肺证患者随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(51例),两组均予以抗感染等常规治疗,对照组给予穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予麻射安金丸治疗,观察两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、肺通气功能、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组症状缓解[咳嗽咳痰、喘息、湿啰音]时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05);两组炎性因子水平治疗后均低于治疗前,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-10(IL-10)显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、FEV1/FVC显著高于对照组(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 麻射安金丸联合穴位贴敷疗效确切,能够减轻AECOPD患者炎症反应,增强肺部通气,以快速缓解其异常临床症状体征,且不增加不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of Mashe Anjin Pills combined with acupoint application on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung.Methods A total of 101 patients with AECOPD with syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung who were admitted to the Hengshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(51 cases).Both groups received conventional treatment such as anti-infection.The control group received acupoint application,while the observation group received Mashe Anjin Pills on the basis of treatment for the control group.The clinical efficacy,time to symptom disappearance,pulmonary ventilation function,inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time to symptom remission(including cough,expectoration,wheezing and moist rales)in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,but the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mashe Anjin Pills combined with acupoint application is effective,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients with AECOPD and enhance lung ventilation,so as to quickly relieve its abnormal clinical symptoms and signs
