摘要
目的探究对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者给予益气活血化痰汤治疗的临床效果。方法42例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组21例。对照组患者给予吸氧、抗感染、止咳、平喘、化痰等对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上应用益气活血化痰汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、用药依从性、满意度。结果观察组患者显效11例,有效9例,无效1例。对照组患者显效8例,有效7例,无效6例。观察组患者的治疗总有效率95.24%高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者完全依从18例,部分依从3例,不依从0例,总依从性为100.00%。对照组患者完全依从13例,部分依从4例,不依从4例,总依从性为80.95%。观察组患者用药总依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者非常满意19例,基本满意1例,不满意1例,总满意度为95.24%。对照组患者非常满意13例,基本满意2例,不满意6例,总满意度为71.43%。观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将益气活血化痰汤应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者治疗中效果显著,可以提高患者用药依从性和满意度,改善患者肺功能,提高治疗效果,值得在临床大力推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods A total of 42 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment of oxygen inhalation,anti�infection,cough relief,asthmatic relief and phlegm reduction,and the observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,medication compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,11 patients were obviously effective,9 patients were effective,and 1 patient was ineffective;in the control group,8 patients were obviously effective,7 patients were effective and 6 patients were ineffective.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of 71.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 18 cases of complete compliance,3 cases of partial compliance and 0 case of non-compliance,and the total compliance was 100.00%;in the control group,there were 13 cases of complete compliance,4 cases of partial compliance,and 4 cases of non-compliance,and the total compliance was 80.95%.The total medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,19 patients were very satisfied,1 patient was basically satisfied and 1 patient was dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction was 95.24%;in the control group,13 cases were very satisfied,2 cases were basically satisfied,6 cases were dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 71.43%.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu
