OBE融合PDCA的教学模式在“食品质量管理学”教学中的探索 被引量:3

摘要 “食品质量管理学”是管理学与食品科学知识交叉的专业课程,具有较强的实践性和全面性,课程知识内容多且繁琐、授课形式枯燥是导致教学效果不理想的主要原因。将OBE教育理念与PDCA循环相融合的教学模式引入课程进行实践探索,重新构建教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学组织设计等内容,并通过目标达成度评价、持续改进等措施强化课程学习的成果导向,有效提高教学效果,提升学生分析解决问题的能力及工程实践的能力,以满足食品行业对实践创新型人才的需求。 “Food Quality Management”is a professional course intersecting the knowledge of management and food science,which has strong practicality and comprehensiveness.The main reasons for the unsatisfactory teaching effect are the large and tedious content of the course knowledge and the boring teaching form.Introduce the teaching mode integrating OBE concept and PDCA cycle into the curriculum for practical exploration,reconstruct teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching organization design and other contents,and strengthen the outcome orientation of course learning through goal achievement evaluation,continuous improvement and other measures,so as to effectively improve the teaching effect.Enhance students’ability to analyze and solve problems as well as engineering practice,so as to meet the food industry’s demand for practical innovative talents.
