摘要
为深度挖掘大学体育教学中伤害事故的致因,制定科学合理的预防策略,在前人研究伤害事故经验的基础上,结合安全系统工程原理,采用事故树分析法对鲁东大学100个体育教学伤害事故开放案例进行定性分析,共识别出开放案例中的物、人、制度和管理4大类,总计15个安全风险因素,13种组合形式,且人为导致伤害事故的发生概率最大,即为伤害事故的主要原因。针对关键的安全风险因素,从事前风险防范机制、事中风险应急处理机制、事后风险转嫁机制三个层面来构建大学体育教学伤害事故风险规避机制。
In order to deeply explore the causes of injury accidents in college physical education and develop scientific and reasonable prevention strategies,this study,based on the experience of previous research on injury accidents,combined with the principles of safety systems engineering,is the accident tree analysis method to conduct qualitative analysis on 100 open cases of injury accidents in physical education in Ludong University used.By consensus,there are 15 safety risk factors and 13 combination forms in the four categories of objects,people,systems and management in open cases,and the probability of human-caused injury accidents is the largest,which is the main cause of injury accidents.Aiming at the key safety risk factors,the risk avoidance mechanism of physical education injury accidents in Ludong University is constructed from three aspects:pre-risk prevention mechanism,in-process risk emergency treatment mechanism and post-risk transfer mechanism.
