摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤汤联合抑眩宁胶囊治疗老年高血压伴肝阳上亢型眩晕症患者的效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2021年2月该院收治的80例老年高血压伴肝阳上亢型眩晕症患者进行前瞻性研究,采用抽签法将其分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组采用抑眩宁胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合天麻钩藤汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血压水平、眩晕评定量表的评分系统(DARS)评分,血小板活化标志物CD62p、CD63水平和中医证候积分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组DARS评分和中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血小板CD62p、CD63水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤汤联合抑眩宁胶囊治疗老年高血压伴肝阳上亢型眩晕症患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低血压、血小板活化标志物水平、DARS评分和中医证候积分,效果优于单纯抑眩宁胶囊治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Yixuanning capsule in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 elderly patients with hypertension and vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021.They were divided into study group and control group by using the drawing lots method with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yixuanning capsule,while the study group was treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the blood pressure levels before and after the treatment,the dizziness assessment rating scale(DARS)score,the levels of platelet CD62p and CD63,and the TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the DARS score and the TCM syndrome score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the levels of platelet CD62p and CD63 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with Yixuanning capsule can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the blood pressure levels,the platelet CD62p levels,the platelet CD63 levels,the DARS scores and the TCM syndrome scores in the elderly patients with hypertension and vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type.Moreover,it is superior to single Yixuannin
