摘要
目的观察清脑平肝饮治疗高血压,辨证属于肝阳上亢证患者的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将60例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组口服苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用清脑平肝饮,均以4周为1个疗程,观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组能有效缓解临床症状,降低血压,作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清脑平肝饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the treatment effects of Qingnao Pinggan drink in the treatment of upper hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension. Methods 60 patients of upper hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with amlodipine, and the treatment group was given Qingnao Pinggan drink combined with amlodipine treatment. 4 weeks was one course. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The treatment group can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, reduce blood pressure, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Qingnao Pinggan drink in the treatment of upper hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension has a good effect.
