摘要
目的 观察天麻钩藤汤加减治疗老年高血压眩晕患者的临床效果。方法 30例老年高血压眩晕患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组15例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合天麻钩藤汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后收缩压、舒张压水平。结果 实验组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者舒张压、收缩压分别为(80.4±7.6)、(128.5±11.2)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),均低于对照组的(93.6±6.8)、(147.2±11.9)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.0130、4.4319,P<0.05)。结论 对老年高血压眩晕患者实施天麻钩藤汤加减治疗,可提高患者的临床疗效,降低患者血压,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Tianma Gouteng decoction on senile patients with hypertensive vertigo.Methods A total of 30 senile patients with hypertensive vertigo were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was combined with Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were(80.4±7.6)and(128.5±11.2)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),respectively,which were lower than(93.6±6.8)and(147.2±11.9)mm Hg of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.0130,4.4319,P<0.05).Conclusion Addition and subtraction of Tianma Gouteng decoction for senile patients with hypertensive vertigo can improve the clinical efficacy,lower blood pressure of patients with high safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
