摘要
目的对天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压病的临床效果展开分析与探讨。方法选择接受治疗的118例高血压疾病患者纳入本次研究,病例选取时间为2017年10月—2019年1月,以患者入院顺序的奇偶性为依据对其展开交叉分组,命名其中一组为对照组并实施常规西医治疗方案,命名另一组为研究组并实施天麻钩藤饮加减治疗方案,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗后舒张压、收缩压水平要明显较对照组患者更低;研究组有效率96.61%(57/59)明显高于对照组患者的76.27%(45/59),P<0.05。结论天麻钩藤饮加减治疗方案可显著降低高血压病患者的血压水平,临床效果十分理想,可考虑广泛应用至临床高血压疾病的治疗当中。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng drink in the treatment of hypertension.Methods 118 hypertension patients treated in our hospital were included in this study.The time range of case selection was from October 2017 to January 2019.Based on the parity of admission order,patients were divided into two groups.One group was named as the control group and was treated with routine western medicine.The other group was named as the study group and was treated with Tianma Gouteng drink.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment.The clinical effective rate in the study group and the control group was 96.61%(57/59)and 76.27%(45/59)respectively.The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink can significantly reduce the blood pressure level of patients with hypertension,has ideal clinical effect,and can be considered to be widely used in the treatment of clinical hypertension.
