摘要
饲料产品安全是畜产品安全最上游的一环。危害物风险系数,综合考量危害物阳性率、施检频率和敏感度的影响,直观地反应在一定时间段内饲料产品中危害物的风险程度。简要介绍危险物风险系数的概念,对饲料产品危害物风险系数的相关参数进行解读,举例说明危害物风险系数在饲料质量监管中的应用。
The safety of feed products is the most upstream link in the safety of livestock products.The risk coefficient of hazardous substances comprehensively considers the positive rate of hazardous substances,the frequency and sensitivity of testing,and intuitively reflects the degree of risk of hazardous substances in feed products within a certain period of time.This paper briefly introduced the concept of hazardous material risk coefficient.This paper interpreted the relevant parameters of the risk coefficient of harmful substances in feed products.This paper gave an example to illustrate the application of hazard risk coefficient in feed quality supervision.
