摘要
目的:测定油茶籽油中10种甾醇的含量。方法:油茶籽油经过皂化、净化、硅烷化等前处理,以胆甾烷醇为内标,采用气相色谱-质谱法测定10种甾醇的含量。结果:方法检出限为0.22~2.31 mg/100 g,定量限为0.73~7.69 mg/100 g,加标回收率为89.1%~106.8%,精密度为0.19%~2.33%(n=6)。结论:该方法测定油茶籽油中甾醇含量能有效减少干扰,结果准确可靠。
Objective:To determine the content of 10 sterols in Camellia oleifera Abel.seed oil.Method:The content of 10 sterols in Camellia oleifera Abel.seed oil was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with cholestanol as internal standard after saponification,purification and silanization.Result:The detection limit of the method was 0.22~2.31 mg/100 g,the quantitative limit was 0.73~7.69 mg/100 g,the recovery was 89.1%~106.8%,and the precision was 0.19%~2.33%(n=6).Conclusion:The method was used to determine the sterol content in Camellia oleifera Abel.seed oil can effectively reduce interference and the results are accurate and reliable.
