摘要
交通设施运营产生的噪声污染日渐凸显。为了降低噪声污染,形状各异的噪声隔绝设施被投入建设和使用。全封闭式声屏障具有良好的噪声隔绝效果,但存在施工难度大且浇筑后极易产生裂纹等问题。以京沈客专星火站至五环路段为工程背景,从模板架设、浇筑施工2个方面着手进行研究。研究结果显示:将大型超静定整体滑移升降台车和铁路防护支架一体化体系相结合,保障了施工期间电气化铁路的正常运行,大大缩短了工期;声屏障拱形薄壳现浇施工技术可以防止混凝土浇筑后开裂。上述技术较好地解决了全封闭式声屏障浇筑施工的主要问题,为类似工程声屏障的施工提供了科学的借鉴和指导。
Noise pollution of transportation facilities operation has been increasingly prominent.In order to reduce noise pollution,various noise isolation facilities are built and used.The fully enclosed sound barrier has a good noise isolation effect,but it is difficult to construct and easy to crack after pouring.Taking the section from Xinghuo Station to Beijing Five Ring Road of Beijing-Shenyang Kezhuan as the engineering background,the research was carried out from two aspects of formwork erection and pouring construction.The results show that the combination of the integrated system of large-scale super-static integral sliding trolley and railway protective bracket ensures the normal operation of the electrified railway during the construction period,which greatly reduces the construction period;Sound barrier arch thin-shell cast-in-place construction technology can prevent cracking of arched thin-shell concrete after pouring.The main problem of fully enclosed sound barrier pouring construction is well solved by the above technology,and provided scientific reference and guidance for the construction of similar engineering sound barriers.
