摘要 为了快速、高效、准确地预测出边坡稳定性状态,以某黄土多级路堑边坡为研究对象,基于支持向量机(SVM-SVR)、数值模拟与现场监测三种研究手段,实现对边坡稳定的综合评价。结果表明:通过将边坡安全系数与稳定状态相结合的方法,细化边坡状态等级,做到对边坡稳定性的综合评价,可使预测结果更贴合实际;核函数和输入变量的不同对预测结果的准确性影响较大,综合分析,由RBF函数建立的预测模型具有良好的预测性能;边坡最危险滑移面的位移集中在强度较小的上层土体,孔隙水压力从下到上呈线性增大的趋势;预应力锚索在提高边坡稳定性的过程中起到了良好的锚固作用,边坡表层土体的孔隙水压力变化较大,随着埋深的增加,土体孔隙水压力变化较小。研究成果可为边坡稳定性的研究与评价方法提供参考。 In order to predict the stability state of slopes quickly,efficiently and accurately,a loess multi-stage road gully slope is used as a research object to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of slope stability based on three research methods:support vector machine(SVM-SVR),numerical simulation and field monitoring.The results are as follows.By combining the slope safety coefficient with the stability state,the slope state level is refined to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of slope stability,which can make the prediction results more realistic.The different kernel functions and input variables have a greater influence on the accuracy of the prediction results,and the prediction model established by the RBF function has a good prediction performance in a comprehensive analysis.The displacement of the most dangerous sliding surface of the slope is concentrated in the upper layer of strength.The displacement of the most dangerous sliding surface of the slope is concentrated in the upper layer of soil with less strength,and the pore water pressure shows a linear increasing trend from bottom to top.The prestressed anchor cable plays a good anchoring role in improving the stability of the slope,and the pore water pressure of the surface layer of the slope varies widely,and with the increase of burial depth,the pore water pressure of the soil varies less.The research results can provide reference for the research and evaluation methods of slope stability.
