摘要
目的 验证前期研制的不透X线标志物肠溶胶囊用于功能性便秘诊断的临床效果。方法 选取2019年7月1日~2023年5月31日期间在福建医科大学附属协和医院就诊的功能性便秘患者,年龄为14~80岁,每位患者口服自制的不透X线标志物肠溶胶囊2粒,分别于服用后8 h、24 h、48 h、72 h拍摄腹部平片,根据标志物的排出情况判断患者的便秘类型。结果 208例受试患者中,正常传输型58例,慢传输型106例,出口梗阻型44例。与健康志愿者相比,受试便秘患者8 h、24 h、48 h、72 h的标志物排出率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常传输型患者相比,慢传输型及出口梗阻型患者8~72 h的标志物排出率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢传输型患者的72h排出率比出口梗阻型患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 该研究中诊断结果明确,未发现相关不良反应,患者满意度高。基于本院自制的不透X线标志物肠溶胶囊的结肠传输试验可用于功能性便秘患者的诊断及分型。
OBJECTIVE To verify the clinical effect of enteric-coated capsule,an X-ray opaque marker developed earlier,in the diagnosis of functional constipation.METHODS Patients with functional constipation,aged 14-80 years,who were admitted to Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from July 1,2019 to May 31,2019,were selected.Each patient took 2 capsules of self-made enteric-coated non-X-ray markers orally.Plain abdominal radiographs were taken at 8 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after administration,respectively.The type of constipation was determined according to the excretion of the marker.RESULTS Among 208 patients,58 patients were normal transmission type,106 patients were slow transmission type,and 44 patients were outlet obstruction type.Compared with healthy volunteers,the marker excretion rate of constipation patients at 8h,24h,48h and 72h was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with patients with normal transmission type,the marker expulsion rate of patients with slow transmission type and outlet obstruction type was significantly decreased at 8~72 h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 72h excretion rate of patients with slow transmission type was lower than that of patients with outlet obstruction type,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In this study,the diagnosis was clear,no associated adverse reactions were found,and patient satisfaction was high.The colon transport test based on enteric-coated capsule,which is a self-made X-ray marker,can be used for the diagnosis and classification of patients with functional constipation.
