摘要
文章以广西电力职业技术学院为例,探索乡村振兴背景下电力类高职院校与帮扶驻点村产教融合发展的新模式。基于帮扶驻点村现状及问题分析,提出在“乡村振兴+产教融合”核心思想的指导下开展“输血+造血”式帮扶的一系列措施,从而有效提升村两委班子、“两后生”、青壮年群众的思想政治高度、技能技术水平,切实发挥高职院校特色帮扶与后盾支持的作用,以期为电力类高职院校助力乡村振兴提供先行先试的经验。
In this paper,taking Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute as an example,combined with the measures taken by higher vocational colleges to help villages out of poverty under the background of rural revitalization,the research shows that higher vocational colleges of electric power should carry out a series of support measures based on the core idea of rural revitalization+integration of production and education,which puts industry and technology first and combines blood transfusion and hematopoietic development.Thus,it effectively improves the ideological and political height,skills and technical level of the village two committee bodies,two young and middle-aged people.In the process of helping,it also effectively improves the social service ability of the teachers and students in the higher vocational colleges of electric power,which provides the pilot experience for the higher vocational colleges of electric power to train the highly skilled and technical personnel who are determined to build up the ideological and political fortress in the new era.
