摘要
数字经济已成为驱动经济社会全方位高质量发展的重要引擎,数字经济赋能乡村发展、乡村建设和乡村治理是乡村振兴的重要战略。数字经济通过供需结构升级推动乡村产业发展,通过市场培育激活乡村生态价值,通过内化融汇提升乡风文明,通过联动融通赋能乡村治理。现阶段数字经济促进乡村振兴面临一系列挑战,需要从持续提升农民数字素养与技能、加快推进农村数字基础设施建设、有序铺开农村数字普惠金融、以数字技术赋能乡村治理等四个方面予以应对。
Digital economy has become an important engine driving all-round high-quality economic and social development.Digital economy empowering rural development,rural construction and rural governance is an important strategy for rural revitalization.It promotes rural industrial development by upgrading the supply and demand structure,activates rural ecological value through market cultivation,improves rural civilization through internalization and integration,and empowers rural governance through linkage and integration.At present,the digital economy is facing a series of challenges in promoting rural revitalization,which need to be addressed in four aspects:continuously improving farmers'digital literacy and skills,accelerating the construction of rural digital infrastructure,orderly spreading rural digital inclusive finance,and empowering rural governance with digital technology.
