摘要
为强化炼化企业直接作业环节监管,管控现场施工作业风险,建设基于物联网技术的作业现场安全管控系统,以移动终端、现场定位标签为载体,实现直接作业环节各项作业来源可查、责任可究、规律可循。充分发挥现代科技手段在事中、事后监管中的作用,依托作业许可电子化系统提升管控效果,实现作业现场过程的信息化、标准化、高效管理,确保现场危险作业安全受控。
In order to strengthen the supervision of the direct operation of refining and chemical enterprises and control the risks of on-site construction operations,a job site security control system based on Internet of Things technology was built.With the mobile terminal and on-site positioning label as the carrier,the source of each operation in the direct operation can be checked,the responsibility can be investigated,and the law can be followed.We should give full play to the role of modern scientific and technological means in the supervision during and after the event,rely on the electronic work permit system to improve the control effect,realize the information,standardization and efficient management of the work site process,and ensure the safety and control of dangerous operations on the site.
