摘要
本研究旨在提高新疆湖羊母羊同期发情率、单次受胎率、产羔率和羔羊成活率等。通过两年集成应用腹腔镜子宫角输精、B超早期妊娠诊断、羔羊早期补饲等技术的高效繁育模式,湖羊母羊同期发情率平均为93.29%、单次受胎率平均为90.02%、产羔率平均为215.16%,羔羊成活率平均为93.91%。湖羊高效繁育模式集成应用可为当地肉羊产业品种升级和提质增效奠定技术基础。
The aim of this study was to improve synchronous estrus rate,single conception rate,lambing rate and lamb survival rate of Xinjiang Hu sheep.Through two years of integrated application of laparoscopic uterine horn insemination,B-ultrasound early pregnancy diagnosis,early feeding of lambs and other technologies efficient breeding model,the average synchronous estrus rate of ewe was 93.29%,the average single conception rate was 90.02%,the average lambing rate was 215.16%,and the average survival rate of lambs was 93.91%.The integrated application of efficient breeding mode for Hu sheep can lay a technical foundation for upgrading and improving the quality and efficiency in the local meat sheep industry.
