摘要
目前对于发挥互联网在农村地区推普作用的重视程度仍显不足。本文依据中国综合社会调查数据,论证了农村居民使用互联网和传统媒体的情况对其普通话能力提升的实际影响,研究发现互联网使用能显著提升农村居民的普通话能力,其影响已经超越了传统媒体,但互联网对农村居民语言能力的作用存在年龄、收入阶层和地区的内部差异。文章最后建议农村地区的推普亟须改变仅依靠广播电视等传统媒体的路径,要顺应时代变化,重视以互联网为基础的数字技术发展趋势,更好地运用互联网赋能农村推普,夯实农村地区互联网物理空间建设,加强网络空间的语言规范与治理;协同助力农村地区互联网产业建设,激发推普工作经济效益;利用互联网赋能普通话教学资源开发。
The importance of the promoting role of the Internet in rural areas is under-researched.Drawing upon the data of Chinese General Social Survey,this article unpacks the actual impact of rural residents’use of the Internet and traditional media on the improvement of their Putonghua ability.We found that Internet use can significantly improve rural residents’mandarin ability,and its impact has exceeded that of traditional media.However,the effects of Internet on the language ability of rural residents vary by age,income class and region.It is suggested that the promotion of Mandarin in rural areas should shift from solely relying on traditional media,such as radio and television;instead,we should adapt to the changes of times,pay attention to the development of Internet-based digital technology to reinforce the construction of rural Internet physical space,and strengthen the language norms and governance of cyberspace;facilitate the construction of the Internet industry in rural areas to stimulate the economic benefits,and deploy the Internet to develop Mandarin teaching resources,so as to implement the 12-character policy of popularizing the Mandarin in the new era.
