摘要
目的探讨手术中体位护理对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者手术后压疮的预防效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年6月在南昌大学第一附属医院骨科住院接受手术治疗的198例AIS患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为2组。对照组(n=101)采用常规护理,试验组(n=97)在常规护理的基础上进行手术体位护理。观察2组患者术后压疮发生情况和手术前后的焦虑[用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估]、抑郁[用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估]情况。结果试验组术后压疮发生率为3.1%,显著低于对照组的31.7%(P<0.001);术后试验组SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论专业体位护理模式能显著减少AIS手术患者术后压疮的发生率,并能改善其心理状态。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of posture nursing on pressure sores after operation for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods A total of 198 AIS patients who underwent operation in the department of orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2018 to June 2021 were randomly given routine nursing alone(control group,101 cases)or in combination with surgical posture nursing(experimental group,97 cases).The occurrence of pressure sores was observed in both groups.Furthermore,the psychological status of patients was evaluated using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results The incidence of pressure sores in the experimental group(3.1%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.7%)(P<0.001).In addition,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were dramatically lower than those in the control group after operation(P<0.001).Conclusion Professional posture nursing model can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative pressure sores and improve the psychological state in AIS patients.
