摘要
宋业强主任医师在治疗皮肤病方面有着丰富经验,通过大量临床观察发现在皮肤病中,湿热型皮肤病居多,或者皮肤病发展到一定阶段呈现出湿热倾向。基于异病同治的思想,通过应用自拟方湿热清加减来辨证论治临床各类证属湿热型的皮肤病,取得了显著疗效。文章据此进行总结,首先阐述湿热清的内容、功效及临床应用范围,根据不同疾病的临床特点加减用药,并列举了1则医案介绍临床应用经验。
Chief physician Song Yeqiang has rich experience in the treatment of skin diseases.Through a large number of clinical observations,he found that in skin diseases,damp-heat skin diseases are most prevalent,or skin diseases show a tendency of damp-heat when they develop to a certain stage.Based on the idea of treating different diseases with the same treatment,through applying the self-designed formula of Shireqing to treat all kinds of clinical skin diseases of dampness-heat type,remarkable effect has been obtained.Based on this,the article firstly elaborated the content,efficacy and clinical application range of Shireqing,according to the clinical characteristics of different diseases,and listed a medical case to introduce clinical application experience.
