摘要
目的:探究针灸联合常规康复训练治疗对脑瘫患儿功能康复的影响。方法:选取2019年8月—2022年8月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院收治的118例脑瘫患儿,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=59)及观察组(n=59)。对照组采取常规康复训练治疗,观察组采取针灸联合常规康复训练治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、粗大日常运动功能评估(GMFM-88)量表、精细运动功能评估(FMFM)量表、格塞尔婴幼儿发展量表、改良阿什沃思量表(MAS)评分。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率(91.53%)高于对照组(76.27%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿GMFM-88、FMFM量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿GMFM-88、FMFM量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组发育商(DQ)、MAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿DQ均高于治疗前,MAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组DQ高于对照组,MAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑瘫患儿接受针灸联合常规康复训练治疗,可改善患儿肢体运动功能,提高患儿运动能力,利于患儿功能康复,提升患儿生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training on functional rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Method:A total of 118 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Beijing Children's Hospital,Capital Medical University from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=59)and observation group(n=59)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training.The total effective rate,gross motor function measure(GMFM-88),fine motor function measure(FMFM),Gesell developmental schedules and modified Ashworth scale(MAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group(91.53%)was higher than that of control group(76.27%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in GMFM-88 and FMFM scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,GMFM-88 and FMFM scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in developmental quotient(DQ)and MAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,DQ in both groups were higher than those before treatment,MAS scores were lower than those before treatment,and DQ in observation group was higher than that in control group,MAS score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and routine rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy can improve their limb motor function,improve their motor ability,facilitate their functional rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.
