摘要
胃癌是临床中常见的恶性肿瘤,晚期预后不良。近年来,中医药在防治胃癌的过程发挥了重要的作用,关于胃癌的中医体质类型以及中医辨证分型的研究也逐渐增加。通过综述既往相关文献,归纳整理胃癌的中医体质类型与中医辨证分型的分布特征,并探究胃癌病理类型与中医体质及证型即“病–证–体”三者之间的关联性,希望可以为临床预防和诊治胃癌提供新的理论依据。
Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor with poor prognosis.In recent years,The traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.This paper summarized the distribution characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution types and Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical classification of gastric cancer by reviewing previous relevant literatures,and explored the correlation between pathological types of gastric cancer and Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution and syndrome type,hoping to provide a new theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
