体育专业学生理论课程学习问题行为与大五人格和自我控制特征研究

Study on Learning Behavior,Big Five Personality and Self-Control Characteristics in Theoretical Curriculum of Physical Education Major Students

摘要 以河北省2所省属院校体育专业学生理论课课堂表现以及大五人格特征和自我控制特征为研究对象,采用录像观察法、测量法进行研究,发现体育专业学生理论课堂问题行为显著,学生人格5因素中,责任心较低、外倾性处于高位。自我控制方面,冲动控制和节制娱乐2个维度的自控力明显偏弱。 This paper takes the performance of students on theoretical class in physical education major of Hebei Province affiliated colleges and universities,five-factor model of personality characteristics,and self-control characteristics as re-search object.Using video observation method and measurement method,it is found that physical education major students'theoretical classroom problem behavior is significant.Among the five factors of student personality,the sense of responsibili-ty is low and extroversion is high.In the aspect of self-control,impulse control and entertainment control are obviously weak.
