摘要
目的 了解岳池县某医院血液透析患者的艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,为其血液透析中心制定艾滋病防治策略和干预措施提供科学依据。方法 2022年1—3月,采用方便抽样方法通过“问卷网”对该院血液透析患者开展面对面问卷调查,收集其社会人口学、艾滋病相关知识等信息。采用χ^(2)检验、logistic回归模型分析其艾滋病防治知识知晓情况的影响因素。结果 共调查患者215例,获得有效问卷210份,艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率为51.0%,“蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病吗?”知晓率为32.4%,“与艾滋病病毒感染者或患者一起吃饭会感染艾滋病吗?”知晓率为43.8%。单因素分析显示,医保情况、工作状况、长期服用药物、疾病导致家庭经济负担和生活自理能力对血液透析患者艾滋病知晓情况的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别、户籍、文化程度、睡眠状况、婚姻状况、疾病导致家人照护负担、生活满意度、透析年限、家庭人均收入、年龄和既往艾滋病、梅毒检测情况对血液透析患者艾滋病知晓情况的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,服用5种以上药物(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.040~1.196)为血液透析患者艾滋病知晓情况的影响因素。结论 岳池县某医院血液透析中心就诊患者艾滋病知识知晓率较低,应采取多种方式加强不同特点患者的艾滋病健康教育。
Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS related knowledge among hemodialysis patients in a hospital of Yuechi County,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of AIDS prevention and control strategies and intervention measures in the hemodialysis center.Methods From January to March in 2022,a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among hemodialysis patients in the hospital through"Questionnaire Network"by convenient sampling method to collect socio-demographic and AIDS-related knowledge etcetera.Chi-square test and logistic regression model were used to analyze influencing factors of the awareness of patients'knowledge of influencing factors of AIDS prevention and control.Results A total of 210 valid questionnaires were obtained from 215 patients,and the overall awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 51.0%.The awareness rate of"Can mosquito bites spread AIDS"was 32.4%;the awareness rate of"Can you get AIDS if you eat with an HIV/AIDS patient"was 43.8%.Monofactor analysis showed that medical insurance,work status,long-term drug use,family economic burden caused by disease and self-care ability had influence in the awareness of hemodialysis patients'knowledge of AIDS prevention and control,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Gender,household registration,education level,sleep status,marital status,burden of family care caused by disease,life satisfaction,years of dialysis,family per capita income,age and previous AIDS and syphilis testing had no significant difference in the influence of the awareness of hemodialysis patients'knowledge of AIDS(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that taking more than 5 drugs(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.040-1.196)was the influencing factor of AIDS among hemodialysis patients'awareness.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among patients treated at the hemodialysis center of a hospital in Yuechi County is low.Various ways should be taken to strengthen AIDS health education for patients with different characteri
