摘要
目的探讨长链非编码RNA ZNF667-AS1在宫颈癌组织的表达水平及对艾迪注射液联合放化疗临床疗效的影响。方法应用qRT-PCR方法测定112例宫颈癌组织和癌旁正常组织中ZNF667-AS1表达水平,宫颈癌患者经艾迪注射液联合放化疗后观察临床疗效,并分析ZNF667-AS1表达水平与近期临床疗效和远期临床疗效的关系。结果(1)宫颈癌组织中ZNF667-AS1的表达水平较癌旁组织显著降低(P<0.01);(2)不同FIGO分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移患者宫颈癌组织中ZNF667-AS1的表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)ZNF667-AS1高表达患者的ORR和DCR较ZNF667-AS1低表达患者显著增加(P<0.05);(4)ZNF667-AS1高表达患者的FDS和OS较ZNF667-AS1低表达患者均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论长链非编码ZNF667-AS1表达水平与宫颈癌经艾迪注射液联合放化疗的临床疗效相关,ZNF667-AS1低表达与不良临床预后相关,ZNF667-AS1可能在宫颈癌发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the long-chain non-coding RNA ZNF 667-AS1 expression level in cervical carcinoma and the effect of ZNF 667-AS1 expression level to the clinical outcome of Aidi injection combined with chemoradiotherapy.Methods The expression level of ZNF 667-AS1 of cervical carcinoma tissues and normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma in 112 cases with cervical carcinoma were determined by qRT-PCR.The clinical effect of Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy was observed.The relationship between ZNF 667-AS1 expression and short-term and long-term clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results①The expression level of ZNF 667-AS1 in cervical carcinoma tissue was significantly decreased than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).②The expression level of ZNF 667-AS1 in cervical carcinoma tissues was significantly different in patients with different FIGO staging,tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).③The ORR and DCR of patients with ZNF 667-AS1 high expression were significantly increased than those of patients with ZNF 667-AS1 low expression(P<0.05).④The 1-year,3-year,and 5-year DFS was significantly increased in patients with high expression of ZNF 667-AS1 than that in patients with low expression of ZNF 667-AS1(P<0.01).Conclusions The expression of ZNF 667-AS1 is associated with the clinical efficacy of Aidi injection combined with chemoradiotherapy.The low expression of ZNF 667-AS1 is associated with poor clinical prognosis.ZNF 667-AS1 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.
