摘要
井下煤仓下口现有溜煤嘴的高度和角度都需要不断调整,而且溜煤嘴靠人力拉杆实现启闭,在开启时,不能对原煤进行有效控制,会出现撒煤或湿煤堵塞的情况。为了解决现有技术的不足,对溜煤嘴进行改造,研究一种低撒煤量的溜煤嘴,能避免煤向侧方撒落,有效降低了落煤对溜煤嘴的波形冲击,实现减少撒煤量的效果,降低溜煤嘴故障率,保证溜煤嘴的持续稳定运行。
The height and angle of the existing coal slip nozzle at the bottom exit of the underground bunker need to be adjusted constantly,and the coal slip nozzle relies on human pull rod to achieve opening and closing.When opening,the raw coal cannot be effectively controlled,and there will be coal sprinkling or wet coal blockage.In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing technology,the tranformation of the existing coal slip nozzle was carried out,and a kind of coal slip nozzles with low coal discharge was studied,which can avoid the coal falling sideways,effectively reduce the waveform impact of falling coal on the coal slip nozzle,achieve the effect of reducing the coal discharge,reduce the failure rate,and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the coal slip nozzle.
