摘要
为了研究煤自燃热特性,采用同步热分析(TG-DSC)实验研究内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市A矿煤样自燃过程。根据TG(Thermogravimetry,热重法)曲线、DTG(Derivative Thermogravimetry,微商热重法)曲线得到煤样自燃的重量变化特性与特征温度点,并将自燃过程划分阶段。根据DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,差示扫描量热法)曲线得到煤样自燃各阶段吸/放热量。结果表明:煤自燃TG曲线随煤温升高呈先降后升再降的变化趋势,自燃过程分为蒸发脱附阶段、增重阶段与燃烧阶段;DSC曲线随煤温升高呈先升再降的变化趋势,蒸发脱附阶段的吸热量为31.96 J/g,增重阶段的放热量为234.59 J/g,燃烧阶段的放热量为2547.84 J/g。
In order to study the thermal characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion,the spontaneous combustion process of a coal sample from Mine A in Ordos,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,was studied by means of simultaneous thermal analysis(TG-DSC).According to TG(Thermogravimetry)curve and DTG(Derivative Thermogravimetry)curve,the weight change characteristics and characteristic temperature points of coal spontaneous combustion were obtained,and the spontaneous combustion process was divided into stages.According to the DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry)curve,the heat absorbed/released at each stage of coal spontaneous combustion was obtained.The results showed that the TG curve of coal spontaneous combustion decreased first,then increased and then decreased with the increase of coal temperature;the process of coal spontaneous combustion was divided into evaporation and desorption stage,weight increase stage and combustion stage;the DSC curve showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of coal temperature;the heat absorption in the evaporation and desorption stage was 31.96 J/g,the heat release in the weight increase stage was 234.59 J/g,and the heat release in the combustion stage was 2547.84 J/g.
