摘要
2021年,采用访谈法和问卷调查法,对参加甘肃省临夏州第五批乡村医生面授培训计划的244名乡村医生进行调查。从乡村医生的工作现状来看,乡村医生对乡村振兴的重要性认知非常明确,对服务乡村振兴的目标认知也很明确,对服务对象的情况也比较了解。乡村医生所面临的困境主要包括:(1)工作量大,报酬低;(2)村民配合程度不高;(3)乡村医生自身知识水平不足;(4)交通不便导致入户随访困难;(5)繁杂任务太多;(6)药品种类不齐全。建议加强政策宣传,增强村民的健康意识;提升待遇,稳定乡村医生队伍;加强培训,满足乡村医生对专业能力提升的需求;改善乡村环境,提高乡村医生工作积极性。
In 2021,an interview and questionnaire survey were conducted on 244 rural doctors who participated in the fifth batch of face to face training programs for rural doctors in Linxia Prefecture,Gansu Province.From the current situation of rural doctors’work,they have a very clear understanding of the importance of rural revitalization,the goal of serving rural revitalization,and a good understanding of the service targets.The difficulties faced by rural doctors mainly include:(1)heavy workload and low re⁃muneration;(2)The level of cooperation among villagers is not high;(3)the knowledge level of rural doctors is insufficient;(4)incon⁃venient transportation leads to difficult follow-up visits;(5)too many complex tasks;(6)the types of drugs are not complete.Propose to strengthen policy promotion and enhance the health awareness of villagers;improve treatment and stabilize the rural doctor team;strengthen training to meet the needs of rural doctors for enhancing their professional abilities;suggestions for improving the rural en⁃vironment and enhancing the work enthusiasm of rural doctors.
