摘要
斯蒂格勒基于政治美学的角度,指出“象征的贫困”是当前人类面临并且需要超越的一大难题。在他看来,政治问题、美学问题与技术问题是同一个问题。正是在技术的中介作用下,政治问题与美学问题得以相遇。他生动地阐明了感觉是真正的政治美学战争所争夺的内容。这场战争,借助技术作为武器,以技术控制感觉为手段,结果造成规模宏大、影响普遍的“象征的贫困”,具体表现为经济领域“市场营销对意识的争夺”、美学领域“审美经验向美学制约条件转变”、政治领域“友爱对话向不再相信对话转变”。相应地,唯有通过新型感性组织与新型力比多经济的发明,审美经验对美学制约条件的反抗,友爱与对话的回归,人类面对超工业时代的感性灾难时才能更好地完成自我救赎。
From the perspective of political aesthetics,Stiegler pointed out that human beings are confronted with and supposed to transcend the " symbolic misery".In his eyes,political problems,aesthetic problems and technical problems are actually the same problem in the developed society.It is under the mediating effect of technology that the encounter between political and aesthetic issues becomes possible.He vividly illustrates that feeling is the goal of the real war of political aesthetics.This war,with the help of technology as a weapon and technology as a means to control feelings,resulted in "symbolic poverty" with large scale and universal influence,which was embodied in "the competition for consciousness by marketing" in the economic field,"the transformation from aesthetic experience to aesthetic constraints" in the aesthetic field,and "from love and dialogue to disbelief of dialogue" in the political field.Accordingly,only through the invention of new perceptual organization and new libido economy,the resistance of aesthetic experience against aesthetic conditioning and the return to friendship and dialogue,can human beings better complete self-redemption in face of the sensible catastrophe in the hyper-industrial epoch.
