摘要
目的分析围术期系统护理干预在甲状腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治甲状腺手术患者共62例进行研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组(围术期予以常规护理)、观察组(围术期予以系统护理干预)各有31例,观察两组手术前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分;手术前后血压、心率及呼吸等生理应激指标;手术时间;对护理工作的满意度。结果手术前,两组HAMA以及HAMD评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,两组HAMA以及HAMD评分均较前降低,且观察组HAMA以及HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组血压、心率及呼吸相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,两组血压均较前降低,心率及呼吸均较前减慢,但观察组血压、心率及呼吸高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期系统护理干预用于甲状腺癌患者能减轻其负面情绪和生理应激反应,缩短其手术时间,提升其满意度,值得采用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative systematic nursing intervention in thyroid cancer patients.Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent thyroid surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing care during the perioperative period)and an observation group(receiving systematic 184 Clinical Research,Oct.2023,Vol.31 No.10 nursing intervention during the perioperative period),with 31 patients in each group.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,Physiological stress indicators(blood pressure,heart rate,and respiration)before and after the surgery,surgical time;satisfaction with nursing work were observed in both groups.Results Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After surgery,the HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups decreased compared to before,and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure,heart rate,and respiration between the two groups(P>0.05);After the surgery,blood pressure in both groups decreased compared to before,while heart rate and respiration decreased compared to before.However,the blood pressure,heart rate,and respiration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative systematic nursing intervention for thyroid cancer patients c
