摘要
目的探究协同护理干预对宫腔镜检查术患者心理及生理应激反应的影响。方法选取70例宫腔镜检查术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用协同护理干预。比较两组患者心理及生理应激反应。结果护理前,两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于护理前,且观察组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分(16.07±2.91)分、(17.95±2.66)分明显低于对照组的(19.17±2.85)分、(20.48±2.99)分(P<0.05)。术前5min,两组患者心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、白细胞介素-(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中、术后10min,两组患者HR、MAP及IL-6水平低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜检查术患者在协同护理干预下应激反应有所缓解。
Objective To explore the effects of collaborative nursing intervention on psychological and physiological stress responses of patients undergoing hysteroscopy.Methods 70 patients with hysteroscopy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with collaborative nursing intervention.The psychological and physiological stress responses were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMA scores and HAMD scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and HAMA scores and HAMD scores in the observation group(16.07±2.91)scores and(17.95±2.66)scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(19.17±2.85)scores and(20.48±2.99)scores(P<0.05).5 min before surgery,there was no significant difference in heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between 2 groups(P>0.05).During operation and 10 min after operation,the levels of HR,MAP and IL-6 in 2 groups were lower than before care,and the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The stress response of patients undergoing hysteroscopy is relieved under the cooperative nursing intervention.
