摘要
回顾始于2022年初、至今仍在进行中的深圳市南山区百校焕新行动,揭示其管理策略所运用的后科层组织模型,以及包含的矩阵、参谋、协作的组织特点。百校焕新行动为南方校园存量更新找寻到精准方向,应用了材料、空间、气候、架构与特质等一系列设计方法;管理策略与设计方法形成耦合,共同致力于增强场所并引导变革。
This paper reports the ongoing the 100-Campus Renewal Plan for Shenzhen Nanshan,which started its first stage in 2022,to explicate the management strategies with its organisational characteristics of matrix,staff and synerg y,influenced by the Post-Bureaucratic Model in public administration.The 100-Campus Renewal Plan has applied a wide range of design methods focusing on material,space,structure,climate,or ambience,many of which may offer inspirational references to the urban renewal needs in southern Chinese cities.The design methods coupling with the management strategies empower the campus as a place and stitch the local communities through various professional services.
