摘要
为了研究合肥市过敏性疾病人群IgE水平与相关因素的关系,收集合肥市某三甲医院过敏原检测结果,患者均是经临床医生评估为过敏性疾病的人群,检测数据采用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计学分析,数据比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果发现4种过敏性疾病中,荨麻疹的患病人数最多(P<0.05);不同年龄人群中,0~12岁少年儿童患病人数最多,占总患病人数的41.7%(P<0.05);夏季发病人数最多,夏、秋、冬季节荨麻疹发病人数最多,春季湿疹皮炎发病人数最多(P<0.05);所有过敏原IgE在1、2两个等级的人数分布最多,吸入性过敏原中,粉尘螨、屋尘螨过敏人数最多(P<0.05);食入性过敏原中,牛奶、鸡蛋过敏人数最多(P<0.05)。结果表明,合肥市过敏性疾病人群常见过敏原分布在年龄、性别上均有显著差异,其中粉尘螨、屋尘螨、鸡蛋过敏原阳性患者在不同季节差异显著。这将为临床过敏性疾病的诊断、治疗及预防提供参考。
In order to study the relationship between IgE levels and related factors in the patients with allergic diseases in Hefei,allergen detection results were collected from a hospital in Hefei.All patients were evaluated as allergic diseases by clinicians.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of detection data,andχ^(2) test was used for data comparison.The results showed that among the four allergic diseases,urticaria was the most common(P<0.05).Among different age groups,the number of children aged 0~12 years was the most,accounting for 41.7%of the total number(P<0.05).The number of cases was the highest in summer,while the urticaria often happened in summer,autumn and winter and the eczema and dermatitis in spring(P<0.05).All allergens had the largest distribution at 1 and 2 levels.Among inhaled allergens,the dust mite and house dust mite were the most(P<0.05).Among the ingested allergens,milk and egg were the most(P<0.05).These results indicated that there were significant differences in age and gender of common allergens in Hefei area,among which there were significant differences in different seasons among dust mite,house dust mite and egg allergen positive patients.This will provide reference for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of clinical allergic diseases.
