摘要
目的:分析生化检验指标对糖尿病肾病(DN)早期诊断的作用。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年12月凤冈县人民医院收治的DN早期患者37例作为研究组,选择同期健康者37例作为对照组。两组均接受生化检验,比较两组生化检验指标水平、阳性率、联合检验诊断效能。结果:研究组C反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿蛋白(Pro)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清胱抑素(CysC)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CRP、BUN、24 h Pro、HbA1c、CysC阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:生化检验指标用于DN早期诊断有重要意义,能够帮助医生更好地判断病情,制定针对性治疗方案,值得应用并予以推广。
Objective:To analyze the role of biochemical test indexes in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Thirty-seven cases of early DN patients admitted to Guizhou Zunyi Fenggang County People's Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study group,and 37 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were subjected to biochemical tests,and the levels of biochemical test indexes,positive rates,and diagnostic efficacy of combined tests were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary protein(Pro),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and serum cystatin(CysC)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rates of CRP,BUN,24 h Pro,HbA1c,and CysC were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Biochemical test indexes used in the early diagnosis of DN are of great significance,which can help doctors better judge the condition and formulate targeted treatment plans,and are worth applying and promoting.
