摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜经腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)在腹股沟疝治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月我院收治的90例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为两组各45例。对照组行开放式无张力疝修补术(OTFH)治疗,研究组行TAPP治疗,比较两组的围术期指标及并发症发生情况。结果研究组术中出血量低于对照组,首次排气时间、离床活动时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论与OTFH相比,TAPP治疗腹股沟疝可明显降低患者术中出血量,缩短术后恢复时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis(TAPP)in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods 90 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open tension free hernioplasty(OTFH),and the study group was treated with TAPP.The perioperative indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the first exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.44%,lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with OTFH,TAPP in the treatment of inguinal hernia can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications.
