摘要
目的观察理脾汤治疗气虚血瘀型肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月我院收治的60例气虚血瘀型肝纤维化患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组给予护肝、恩替卡韦治疗,观察组加理脾汤治疗,疗程为48周。观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候变化,血清ALT、AST、GGT、ALP和HA、LN、Col IV、PⅢPN-P变化以及肝脏硬度值LSM的变化情况。结果治疗8周后,观察组中医证候疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组血清ALT、AST、GGT、ALP均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗48周后,两组HA、LN、PⅢPN-P、Col IV和肝脏硬度值较治疗前均有显著改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论理脾汤治疗气虚血瘀型肝纤维化患者,疗效确切。
Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Lipi Decoction on liver fibrosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods Sixty patients with liver fibrosis of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with medicine for liver protection and Entecavir,and the observation group was treated with Lipi Decoction.The course of treatment lasts for 48 weeks,and the changes of TCM syndrome,serum ALT,AST,GGT,ALP and HA,LN,Col IV,PⅢPN-P and liver stiffness measurement(LSM)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum ALT,AST,GGT and ALP of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 48 weeks of treatment,LN,HA,PⅢPN-P,Col IV,and liver stiffness measurement were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lipi Decoction is effective in treating patients with liver fibrosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
